Warranty
Our customer service includes inspection and replacement of components.
Rebuilds include new trunions, bearings, snap rings, pins and rollers.
Rebuilds are at our discretion.
When returning rockers for inspection include a note with your name,
return address, daytime phone # and explanation of return.

Freight and Shipping
All shipping is F.O.B., Strongsville, Ohio. All shipments are by UPS ground. If you desire special handling such as,
UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Blue or 3 Day Select please specify with your order. There will be an additional charge for
Drop Shipments. The cutoff for processing Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select is 2:00 p.m. EST (11:00 a.m. PST).
Please note that on all international shipments exported from Harland Sharp any duties, taxes, fees or additional shipping and freight charges associated with processing your shipment across the border are the sole responsibility of the importer and not that of Harland Sharp or their team members. All international packages will be insured at their full retail value to make certain that should the package become lost or damaged during shipping, a valid insurance claim can be made to obtain the necessary funds for returns to the customer.

to alter our product from its original manufactured state all guarantees against defects and materials will be void.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no case shall Custom Speed Parts Mfg., Inc. be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage (including without limitation loss of profits, loss of revenue, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, downtime, claims of third parties and injury to person or property) arising by law or otherwise or whether or not occasioned by seller’s negligence. This warranty shall not be extended, altered or varied except by written instrument signed by seller and buyer.

Returns
All return requests for exchange or
credit will need to be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
An issued RGA # along with a copy of the invoice and
explanation for return will be required to process your
request. Once Custom Speed Parts has examined the returned
parts and approves the return you will be charged a 10% restock
fee, $10 minimum, on the returned parts. If the return is not
approved the parts will be returned to the customer.
CUSTOM SPEED PARTS WILL NOT
APPROVE RETURNS ON USED, MODIFIED OR
DAMAGED PARTS.
PARTS MUST BE IN RESELLABLE CONDITION!
